You need to stop seeing her. It will hurt at first, but if you want to get over her, it's for the best. Also, everyone goes through this, and everyone gets over it. Good luck.

If the daughter is not your daughter, then you need to distance yourself from the situation. Things are much easier when you move on and make more time for yourself. Move on by going out with friends, just doing things that you have been wanting to do, or find something new to do.

Don't be in a hurry to find a new girlfriend, but go out with friends or co-workers, and do things you've been wanting to do. Maybe even take a class in some interesting area.

If there is no possible way for a reconciliation, It will be hard for you but I think if you can still be friends with her it will only bring positive things to your life. Give it a chance if it is too hard you will have to separate yourself from them so you don't suffer

It helps to realize that just because you're free from being committed to her, it doesn't mean you're free from the mess of emotional attachment... that takes time... & it isn't helping matters that you still see & talk to her or her daughter.
You may have to break free by having no connection with them, whatsoever... it's your choice.
