My guess is Mickey D's stops breakfast around 10 or 11 AM. I don't know how much their breakfasts cost.
(I only go in there to use the bathroom - I haven't eaten there in a long, long time.)
As far as a deluxe breakfast, I am not certain of prices either. It depends on where you go, I suppose.

Depends where you live and where you by it.
I can buy a great breakfast in Montreal Canada for $5.00
But I have paid $20.00 at a local hotel same breakfast different surroundings. Bon Appiete

It depends on where you go. Some places that are Mom and Pop reasterants are ussualy around $3.99 to $4.99 (2 eggs, hashbrowns, toast, sausage, bacon, pancakes). Some more expencive places are a little more around $5.99 or more
