Your tax rate depends upon your income, marital status, how many kids you have and how you filled out your tax forms when you were hired. Single people, without kids who make a lot of money are taxed higher than people with families. No one here can rally answer your question since each person's tax situation is unique.

How much is withheld depends on how you filled out your W-4 form. Your employer withholds the percentage based on what you tell them is your filing status (single, married, head of household), how many dependents you have, and whether you want extra money withheld.

The amount withheld is not the same as the amount we are taxed at. The amount we owe in taxes is dependent on many factors. I'd say the primary factor is how much money you make. So you could owe zero % all the way up to 90% of what you make in taxes.
