Why did He do it if he knew that it would be the shithole that it is today? My confirmation teacher said that He created it so people would praise Him, but why, because now people make fun of Him, curse Him, etc. Why didn't He just put us in Heaven from the start? Why did he have to make us suffer down here before we got to Heaven?

I know he put Adam and Eve in Heaven from the start, but He knew that they would sin against Him. People say that if Adam and Eve didn't sin, we wouldn't have the freedom of choice, but Adam and Eve very well had the freedom of choice.

How can God hope when He already knows exactly what's going to happen next?

A lot of religious people have a lot of different answers to this question.

The one that makes the most sense to me is the 'additive good' answer. God, by himself, is good. If God makes some good people, then there will be God plus good people, so the amount of good has increased. That would be a good thing to do. And that's why God made the universe. This, of course, even allows for the creation of some evil people, as long as there end up being more good than evil overall in the final equation.

There's also the 'cop out' answer: God does things for God's reasons and you can't possibly understand them because you're a piffling mortal.

I'm sure there's many more answers out there, too. I suppose the only way anyone will know for sure is to track down God and ask him point-blank! Let me know if you manage that! ( :

God wanted relationships like he had within the God-head. He wanted a family. He wanted people to love Him but in order to do that they needed to be able to hate him, as well. If all we could do was love God, we'd just be automatons. So he put Adam and Eve in the garden (which was in the land of Eden) but gave Satan access to the garden, as well. They chose not to follow God and He kicked them out so that they wouldn't eat of the Tree of Life and live forever.

God cannot create character. The time we spend here develops our character and determines our eternal home.

No body created the world , it is made of matter that alreay existed in space and the processes of nature continue to work .the world is made of mattter that are undying and indestructible . so they were unborn too. They are infinite in character and not quantity though it could not be assesed. It is the inheent qualkity of the nature that is God .od is not aperson . so the antropomorphic qualities ascribed to god are ment to enable the naive humans to understand the conception of God to some extent as understanding of the abstract was some thing very hard even to day for many.
so your parise or curse do nt reach God as God is not HE or she . It is only because that we have no other pronoun to refer to God and when we describe the wonderful great power of the unveirse , we could notthink of something abstract doing it . so the adoptionof the word He anbd She to speak of God . In an organized society toenforce osme unform code of conduct and orderliness , and security the concepts of Gods and religion were invernted by the clever humans . It is like the discovery of knife . Knife is usef=ul to us in so many ways and the society can not live comfortably without knife . but when knife is used for destruction the same society that benefits from the inventiion of the knife suffers destruction. so knife is not to be used for killing ; but for the convenience and benefit of the society. the same way the religon that was created for the welfare of the humanity has come to be used for killing the humans also by perverts . It is here that religon is exposed as a fake and a fundle of lies.
This aspect unfailing ly porves the fact that God did not create the world . what god had created , man can never destroy. man is not more powerful than God .as described by the religons and then how is that man is capapble of destroying the word . so at least now in the modern days of advanced knowledge the humans must understand that the it is not the Gods that the religons speak of that created the world and that man in the name of religons is destroying humanity .man can neve rdestory the world or the universe as what was not created can not be destoryed too. But the humans can be killed , though in the strictest scientific sense life an not e annihilated as long as the God is working incessantly in side the atoms of all the elements in the world .the matter was never created and it always existed . The universe had no beginning and will have no end . it will continue to change . It is revolving and evolving.

If God as a person had created the world , he much mor e than a human father would hve never created or gien any way for the existence of any problem whatsoever for his children and he would not be asking for flesh for flesh would not be doing tit for tat . and enter into any agreement for achieving obeisance as he as the greatest magician can achieve it with by his singel and eternal command . The heaven and hell are in our mind and heart and not the creatioin of any super human being and ther eare not any where . The astronauts and sattellite telescopes have seen any of them by their personal visits to the heavens , though the creators of the Gods of the religons, have made bold to describe them from the earth itself and embellished them with thier imagination and fancy.
God would have created them here itself if he had created the world himself .would not have leased them out to the prophets and messiahs , godmen and preists to commit atrocities .

He was decorating and wanted to replace the big gaping black hole that was taking up so much of the universe with something and settled for planet Earth instead

Dont listen to your teacher - do you really think that God, if he exists, the creator of the universe, would care much about people praising him? Ego is a human flaw

This world is a test. We were created in the image of God, not literally - God has no body, that would be a limitation. The trials we face in this world can either bring us closer to, or take us farther from the ideal that we were created to be.

The earth is His video game.
Because of free will, he does not know what will happen next since the future does not yet exist.
In this video game, there are losers and winners.
The winners go to Heaven.

Remember in the beginning when God created all things he looked and said it was very good genesis 1-31,and it was only after the fall of Adam that sin and judgment came about,so please be encouraged, because God is in control, and our hope is in Christ Jesus.

Why would you want to know, would it make a difference?
GOD wants us to love HIM on our own free will. GOD is about LOVE. It is like a test. Do you you really suffer that much? Would you be happier if had never been born?
Don't forget, GOD suffered in the form of JESUS CHRIST so we would have a choice.

He created it out of hope. He Hoped we would all choose to follow and praise Him. He gave us free will and hoped that we would do the right thing. He still hopes we will. And some of us do, but he is the epitome of hope. And he loves us enough to let us all choose instead of being mindless drones that can only do as we are told.

So people can experience, but god isn't real in the sense that most people think. I'm not an atheist but my idea of god is unique.
