Pigeon shows in Toronto?

Question

Does anyone know of any pigeon/poultry shows in Toronto Ontario?

I have been looking all over but no luck..

I own 4 pigeons and want to increase me flock and learn about banding,racing,showing ect...

Also I know about the Royal Winter fair..

But sadly they wont be having poultry there this year due to the panic of the Avian flu.

I phoned the RWF and they told me hopefuly next year there will be pigeons and other poultry for show.

There are all sorts of activities at the Royal Winter Fair. There might be something there. Plan to talk to my dad later today--he used to do the pigeon thing along with my brothers--might be able to give more info then.

OK--just got off the phone with my dad. I have a name for you and looked up the addy and phone number of the fellow on Canada 411--hope it is the one but can't think that there would be many by the name. Little more--my brothers who are now in their 40's don't do pigeons anymore but when they were in their teens they had several and would go to shows even in the States with this fellow. So try:
