Measure the rail that you have, and then get lumber and cut it to length. Below are two links to a site that sells bed hardware. There are many places to get it, and there are different types. You can can try to match what is already on the bed, or you can just add a new type if that's easier. Do a Yahoo search for "bed hardware" if you want more options.

If you CAN find a similar finish rail, that would be fantastic. It might be possible to buy a used twin bed at a garage sale, and then just use one rail. (or just use the cheap used twin bed.)

I guess you could go to a carpenter and have it custom made for you..or home depot maybe??? What about if you find someone selling a used crib and you were to use the side bars of the crib???
