even though its set to random they seem to be playing in the same order, i know its possible to shuffle them but i have now forgotten.. please help

first, u need to maximize the windows media player window. next u go to the "Play" menu and look about in the lower middle of the menu. it should be on top of "Repeat"

got on to the play option at the top of the player and click on shuffle it should work

you have option of file, view and then play. Click on play and then you will see shuffle option and you just have to click on the same.

ctrl+h or click on option> play and then select shuffle

open up the player max it top of screen you will see three little icons next to the play list it's the first one
