You would have to read the labels, but pretty much all the gross ones. Please remember that dressing is not necessary. It is ok to taste your salad. I know, I'm a dreamer. But try lemon wedges squeezed over top of your salad. That is very healthy. The less dressing the use, the better it is for you. And if you put cheese on your salad, you might as well dump a bottle of dressing on if you are calorie counting. Eat healthfully- don't count your calories!

Usually the tasteless, fat-free ones do but you can make your own using either a white vinegar or white rice vinegar, a small amount of virgin olive oil (First Cold Press only!!) and garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, dried basil and dried chives..add a little bit of water and salt and pepper....shake well! Experiment with the above ingredients...you'll find your absolute best concoction....delish on fresh salads and sandwiches too!
High in flavor so you don't need a lot

Read the labels. The lowest calories with good flavor will be achieved if you prepare your own dressing. Avoid oils, of course. Any vinegar would be good but I recommend you to taste balsamic vinegar... yum yum!

No calories at all in Rice Wine Vinegar, which makes a great dressing just sprinkled on.

I watch my calories and fat. My favorite is a lemon vinaigrette. I can control the oil content as much as I want.

If you are looking for the different flavours, try Kraft Free. Used that quite a bit and I enjoy it.
