i jus started this fasting for one week today until oct 6th but need to kno if i can still exercise while on this fasting
what can i do

If you're not taking in calories, you don't have enough fuel to exercise. If you're fasting for religious/spiritual reasons, just take it easy on yourself. If you're fasting for a diet, you probably shouldn't. It messes with your metabolism because it sends the signal to your body that you're starving to death. Also, any weight you lose during fasting will come right back on when you stop. To lose weight for the long term, you need to permanently either increase the amount of calories you burn by exercising, or decrease the amount you take in by making healthier eating choices, or both. Don't overdo either, though, because it's unhealthy.

you need some kind of food in your system to start the calorie burning, it is never good to fast, plenty of water and vitamin C in your diet while exercising, Vitamin C opens capillaries to increase blood flow to muscle,
