seem to remember a faller at york in the ebor cant remember the name of the horse tho ? pigeon seems to ring a bell?

Not to my knowledge. It is very rare for a horse to fall during a flat race. the main reason would usually be losing balance around a bend or clipping heels with another horse.

being a racing fan and loved seapigeon i cannot remembering him falling he won the1979 ebor /jockey j j oniel jump jockey sea pigeon won16 flat races from47 starts 21from40 starts jumps even the great lester piggott won on this great horse also won the chester cup
