What is the best poker website to play rubbish players?

I play exclusively at Full Tilt poker, so I can't compare the level of competition. However, I have heard that the players on Full Tilt are better than those at some of the more popular sites like Party Poker. That makes sense to me because most of the people on Full Tilt probably learned about it by reading Phil Gordon's book or one of the other pros who endorse the site.

I'd stear clear of FTP if you just want some rookies to take to the cleaners.

The main reason I play on Fortune poker is for the fish. Fortune's network is full of European sportsbook players who just don't know how to play. They are insanely bad, calling down with ace high in No limit games, raising with gut shots, playing anything preflop, you name it. They make Party look like sharks.

Also I get a good rakeback deal on the site, 30% rakeback since I signed up through http://www.fortune-poker-rakeback.com which is paid directly into my account and endorsed by the Fortune manager so there's no chance of being ripped off.
