i want to know the literal term of a person works in coffeeshop whose tasks are dealing with customers, operating tills, making coffee and sandwiches, preparing sandwich bar and salad bar.

Betty Boop's right -- a coffee shop assistant is called a Barista as long as they serve and prepare espresso based drinks such as cappaccino, lattes, machiattos, etc.
