If you are a caught a third time you will serve time in jail.Your full record will be brought up,like for example if you were arrested for a Dwi or something else and based on that its determined how much time you stay in jail.Once you serve your time you will be deported back to your country of origin and told if you are caught again you will face up to 20 yrs in jail.

The law says it is a felony with up to 10 years in prison (even after ONCE being formally deported) however, it's anyone's guess how it will be enforced.

by personally attending a immigration court, the judge will give you prison time and after served they deport you and are never allowed back .
