Check with your GP whenever you have any health concerns. Could be something quite simple, or a few illnesses. Don't worry. Just make that appointment and go.
Best wishes.

Sounds like night sweats and it can be an indication of many things. Heres a list of possible causes:

Any illness where you suffer from a fever.
Diabetes Insipidus
Hyperthyroidism
Secretion from certain cells in the brain
Anemia
Hypothalamic lesions
Epilepsy
Strokes
Cerebral palsy
Migraine
Spinal cord infarction
Head injury
Familial dysautomia
Anti-nausea medication used in pregnancy
Obstructive sleep apnea

But remember, they are only possibilities. If its starting to really affect your life, get yourelf down to your doctor and he can sort out some tests.

Hi there. well yer obviously not menopausal!
During sleep, we usually change position during the night many times. However, sometimes, eg after alcohol, or sheer exhaustion, we get 'locked-in' to a dream and don't move around as much as normal. This means the air doesn't circulate around the neck area etc, and you can wake up drenched. I'm sure this is just a phase and nothing to worry about.

Was having a similar problem. After tests it turned out to be one of the items on Xenophoni's list with a number of complications. I put it off for a little bit; which could have been a fatal mistake.. Get it checked out soon.

How do you feel in yourself? Could be that you are coming down with something and your body is fighting it. If you are worried just ring nhs direct if you are in the uk and they will help but dont look it up on the internet as all sorts of rubbish will come up which will make you worry for probably nothing.

Do not take medical advice from the Internet. See your doctor about this.
