If they are neutered you should keep the kitten separate for a while and introduce her slowly to the house. She needs to have her own space so you can be sure she is using her litterbox and so she doesn't run off and hide in some place where you can't get at her. Introduce her only when you are present and for short time every day and see how the three of them get along.
Six weeks is too young for a kitten to be removed from its mother and siblings so you are really dealing with a very tiny baby. You need to protect her from any possible aggression on the part of the two male cats.

Its kinda early to tell, those cats are young. And yes its true mostly older cats dont like the new cats or kittens comes into their homes because they feel that is their own territory. Sometimes they would take a while to get along. But good luck on the new kitten.

Congratulations!
First, you're planning to get all of your cats neutered as soon as they're old enough -- right? Good.
Second, new animals should be introduced cautiously. You may want to keep the kitten in a separate room for a few days, then let the older ones join it for a few hours at a time -- under your supervision -- just to watch their reactions. After a couple of weeks, the new one can be allowed to join the others.
Chances are, everyone will be fine. Don't worry if there's a bit of hissing and scratching, that's normal.

Yes, they will be fine!
Most animals, cats included, can recognize babies, and will treat them well.
Be sure to get your tom-cats fixed! Cats can breed as early as five months, and once the little female goes into heat, you will have a problem, if you don't!
Leave the cats alone to figure out the new kitty! They will be fine! :-))
My Petey was about six months old when my one of my new kitties, Jade, came along. Jade used to knead and try to nurse on Petey.
He would let her, and now, two years later, they still usually sleep curled up with each other! :-))

I had 2 BIG tom cats outside that pretty much raised my litter of 6 boys when their mom died. I was also uncertain if they would get along with them or if they would try to kill them. They showed them the ropes... how to hunt.. etc.
Give them a chance to sniff eachother out and get to know one another. I would keep an eye out to make sure everything is ok. Some hissing and swatting is normal and should be expected. I think in the long run everything should work out just fine.
Good luck and congrats on your incoming fur kid!!!

You need to keep a close eye on that little kitten. Eventually they will all get along but with 2 toms and a little bitty cute kitten - watch out. Just keep her separated from them for a few days. They will be able to smell her presence and of course be curious about her and eventually it will all work out.

A 6 week old kitten should not be taken from its mother yet. Wait untill its at least 8 weeks old.

Yeah, they should be alright, after a little while. You just have to give them some time together.....at first the might seem mean, but if you wait, they'll be good friends....

5 months of age is not old.
They are both young enough that they will be able adjust pretty quickly.
My guess is by the end of the week they'll be cuddling up to sleep next to eachother!!!
