OK, go ahead and slap me for it, but it's my honest answer...

Indescribable. And any being that can be described and put in a box by humans isn't all that supreme.

How would I describe the supreme being? In a word: "fictional".

It's gratifying to see that someone else knows of Her Holiness, the Invisible Pink Unicorn!

The supreme being, according to most religions, is the sun. Even in Christianity, God manifests Himslef as rays of light coming down from the sky.

Therefore, my belief is that the supreme being is Ra.

Hail Ra.

The hebrews said it best with YodHehVavHeh This is the unpronoucable name of god. yodheh is the masculine qualitys of the god head while vavheh is the feminine. the god head sit on the top of the cabbalistic tree of life representing the seproith of kether. the god head is certainly both male and female. the godhead is seen by the pagans as the great spirit. the muslims call the god head allah. the buddhist call him buddha. the supreme being has many faces as this particular deity reveals itself to many cultures and races around the world.what a great question and may the many faces of god bless all who sincerely contemplate this question

A supreme being should be one with qualities that are supreme and unusually great .It shoud be matchless.
since the attributes are abstract , the supreme being differes from religion to religon depending on the culture of the people who made and belong to the religons in the various regions.
the attribute of supreme being is ascribed to the God each religon adors. Most of the religons assert that the God it speaks of is the oly God and they do not recognise the Gods of the otehr religons . If any man belong ing to any religons says that all religons do speak of any one and the same God (excepting the Hindus) , it is an unmixed lie. . It is those people who really go to hell if liars go to hell.
No religion except Hinduis respects the God of any other religon.
So god being the supreme being , its qualities difere from religion to religon.
Now take chritianity. the God has entered in to an agreement or contract binding Abraham and moses and their successors to obey the god that revealed to the and for violatioin of the treaty they shall e consigned to hell and for observanc eof the convenents , they shall be rewarded in heaven.
similar is the case with islam ,. it recognizes the treaties that Abraham and Moses had entered in to with the God binding them and their successors to obeidience to God and for punishment inhell for violation. thje only differennce is that instead of all the former prophets , the final and last and oinly prophet mohammed is the one who would issue commands here after on behalf of the God . so Mohammed made amendments to the tenets of the religons that the earlier prophets hade made as they were incapapble of implemnting them .so here the suporeme being was ascribed some qualities that , he woud also grant entry heaven only to those who abided by his command ( whatever it is , is not discussed here ) and would cast the violators to hell.

The Buddhists do not have supreme being in God
The Hindus describe the supreme being as one who inspires others by his selfless action without any expectation of the fruit of action . One who does his duty as a sacrifice with detachment . The supreme being resides in the soul of all irespective of the person is a saint or sinner and that the supre being also partakes of the results of the action of th eperson, in the sence ,he suffers when the person suffers by his sinful action and he rejoices as the person doing good rejoices . the supreme being does not consign any one to hell as the hell and heaven is in the mind of the person who creates it arond himself . the supreme being creates neither. It resides inside everything animate and inanimate and works incessantly for the sustenance of the world till the day of annihilation whereafter , it re-creates the universe , thus carrying on the process of nature without fear or favour and with detachment . It remains impartial to all. It inspires the humanity to selfless action by setting itself as an example to inspire the humans to selfless action. It practices in action what it preaches.
Everything exists in it and it exists in everything too. It is unborn ,undying , boundless Omnipresent (never out of sight of anybody -Omniscient ( It is knowledge ) and Omnipotent ( It is the ultimat epower ( creation , sustenance and annihilation and re-creation and carrying on the duty without rest and any expectation). This is what the hindu pilosophy speaks of the Supreme being .
It is left to one 's mental proclivity and choice to take and accept or reject whatever quality is to be considered as the nature of a supreme being depending on one's own culture and tradition.
