Okay, always during fall and winter, my fingers become like ice. I'm being serious. Last year, I took their tempature, and it was in the high 70's I remember. Now, I could honestly care less, I never notice how cold they are. But it's just very annoying to have cold fingers... But what's weird is, they're always cold. I could be inside, nice and warm, and they're still extremely cold. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I'm not going to wear gloves 24/7. I just took my blood presure, and it was 125 over 71. And it said my heart rate was 81 beats per minute.. If that helps anyone.

See your doctor. There is a syndrome (Reynauds, maybe?) that causes cold extremeties, I think from poor circulation.

Double check with your doctor to make sure everything is ok. Cold fingers and toes could be a sign of other problems.

I know that cold fingers aren't pleasant by any means, espceally if someone is trying to warm them on you lol. But my hubby gets extremely cold toes and sometimes his fingers during the fall and winter also because of excess sweat. He'll sweat too much and then because of the colder temps outside, his toes and fingers will get extra cold, and seems to take much longer to warm them up.

To safely get them to a warmer temp, don't run them under hot water, you risk burning yourself. Put them in your arm pits and use your body temp to bring them up to snuff.

Is there any associated pain your fingers? If yes, then you need to see your doctor. Otherwise, dont worry, just chill out. Dont go to rewarm your hands by dipping them in hot water or keepin them on hob. Cold limbs have reduced sensation. Hence, you can develop burns.
I assume drinking some good wine should help you out. More so in winter months.

It sounds like a circulatory problem. You need to see a doctor. My gf takes vitamin E and it has helped her with her circulation alot. Her arms and legs were always cold no matter what season. Give that a try and see what happens. Take care.

This could be an indication of poor circulation in your extremities. One temporary solution is to run warm to hot (Not extremely) water over your wrists. This warms the blood flowing around your body, and will w.arm your hands.

Raynaud's syndrome? Do they turn blue? See a doctor about this.
