Is it normal for people who were once that heavy (obese) to have practically perfect bodies? Is it because they can afford the best of the best trainers? Is it genetics? Could anyone do that if they had the money to afford the best?

And how could they lose that much weight and not have cellulite, extra skin, etc?

Actually it is a combination of everything previously stated EXCEPT surgery. The two of them never went under the knife to drop those pounds. They consulted dietians as well as ordering special multigrain foods (when they ate) and they sweated their butts off. Janet had an instructer come to her home 5 times a week for 2 hrs and also did cardio for 2 hrs each day. She did not eat properly nor did Anna. The lack of cellulite....PHOTOSHOP! They dont have perfect bodies, they lack of loose skin...that one is easy, when you work your bodys muscle groups they expand, then combined with cardio, your skin elasticity takes over. Some of us can pull it off (genetically) some of us cant.

Money, money, money..... (sing to the tune of that TV show 'Apprentice')... That is the basis of all.

But how can YOU do it (assuming you are not a Billionnaire)?

Eat right, Exercise. Remember, it is 'eat right' but not 'diet'. Burn more calories than what you put in. Do not limit too much of what you put in - because your body needs it for basic functions like even breathing, moving (even to type on your computer..)

When you exercise regularly, you are burning calories long after you have done your exercise.

These are the most healthy ways to reduce weight.

Forget about those celebreties. They have personal physicians, personal chefs and personal trainers - and they don't mind dishing out thousands of $$$s a day to get there. They are professionals and they will watch over these celebs. 24/7 to keep them in line.

Can you afford that? If yes, go for it.

If not, do what 99% of the population does like I have mentioned above.

Good question. Manny mentioned that they don't work 8-11 hours a day like the rest of us, which I think is a HUGE part of it. They probably don't have to grocery shop, do laundry, get dinner from a drive-thru, and walk the dogs when they get home, either.
MY question is this; how fat can you be without needing a tummy tuck after you lose weight?

Trainers and dietecians on staff 24/7. Oh, and it's not like they work 8-11 hours a day like the rest of us.

crazy exercise schedule, strict dieting, the best of the best personal trainers, surgery if needed to enhance the weight loss, stylists, Trimspa (Anna Nicole Smith used this product & promoted it) Pretty much anything their money can buy to keep them toned & thin they will try.

Probably by having their stomachs stapled; or worse, lypo suction, which is very life threatening. No normal person can lose 50 pounds in a month!!
