just let the egg cook as much as possible, add your stuffings, & fold over,
or do you flip the egg & add your stuffings?
I was wondering, because I tried flipping the egg first & my omlettes look terrible but they still tasted great. Thanks.

I let it cook as much as possible. As it's cooking I gently scrape the raw egg towards the side, and up the side of the pan a little, to cook it faster. Then I put in the cheese or whatever, flip it closed, and take it off the heat. The remaining heat will melt your filling.

Now I want an omelette. :-)

When making an omlette, melt a small amount of butter and pour in beaten egg/s. The size of the pan is important - if it's too shallow, the omlette will be thicker (causing unfavorable results). The larger the pan, the thinner the omlette. Once the eggs are cooked, add the ingredients to one half and fold over.

For the same taste, but alot easier...Scramble your eggs, pour in pan, immediately add your 'stuffings', cook, flip,EAT! Another simple way is to saute your 'stuffings' in pan and add eggs, stir, cook and ENJOY!!
