i get what your saying and its amazing the volume of people who don't know what the term racist means and yes they probably would think that's racist
Racism is a belief in the moral or biological superiority of one race or ethnic group over another or others.[1] The term racism is also sometimes used to refer to preference for one's own ethnic group (ethnocentrism)[2], fear of difference (xenophobia), views or preferences against interbreeding of the races (miscegenation)[3], and nationalism[4], regardless of any explicit belief in superiority or inferiority fact. Related concepts include prejudice, discrimination and racialism.
Racism has been used to justify discrimination | social discrimination, racial segregation and violence, including genocide.
The term racist, when used to describe someone who subscribes to racism, has been a pejorative term since at least the 1940s, and for this reason the identification of a group or person as racist is nearly always controversial.
just not liking a act like illegal immigration doesn't make you a racist

I pretty much think they believe that those "illegals" are misrepesenting the Mexican-American community, by crossing the border illegally, thus many legal Mexican-Americans despise them for that I don't consider that racist though, since they are already legal and are now Americans.

The Mexican that comes to the USA legally and becomes a citizen is not a racist, he is an American.
They have as much right to hate the illegal criminals as I do.

Hahaha, i'm watching that good now and asked a question approximately it "are you racist?" nicely might you like it if I placed a statue of a white guy accusing human beings of breaking mexican backyard gnomes. -What george suggested. yet i think of this episode is taking this gnome element too some distance.

No, he is not racist because he went through all the trouble of coming here legally and he probably resents those who don't when he had to work for it.
If you went through all of the trouble of becoming a citizen only to see others hop over a fence, wouldn't it bother you?

A racist is someone who treats someone else in an unfavorable manor because of their RACE. Not country of birth, origin. Like most terms, racist has become a hot button for people to grab attention...Disliking someone because of their actions does not make you a racist.

Simply, yes. A racist (regardless of the ethnic group they are themselves a member of) is defined as Discrimination or prejudice based on race. So in essence this is a form of self hatred. But that is what I believe about racism regardless of the ethnic group a person belongs to since we all are people - how can you hate another person unless there is something you hate in and about yourself.

No because his judgement is not based on race but rather in the fact that he disagrees with illegal entry on principal.
