This of course depends on what we're starting with, OK? I am going to guess that you are average. (pls. write detail on how many you can do now, ok?) It can be done if so. Every other day do ten sets of pullups starting with 3, climbing to your limit. If limit is only 4, do 5x2, then 3x3, then 4x2. Do not skip a day. Gradually add until it really burns, then do one more. It worked for me years ago in jump school ( we needed 22). Good luck.

Well, being physically fit dosent happen over night. Since its an upper body exercise I would advise push-ups and pull ups. Do as many as you can and build yourself up.

Do push-ups, and a lot of them.this will strengthen your chest and shoulders.
