C. As you stop down the depth of field increases and the amount of light decreases.

If by "stop down" you mean from f2.8 (f/2.8) you go for f11 (f/11) then "C" because you have a small aperture = less light BUT you increase the depth of field.

if by "stop down" you mean from f11(f/11) you go f2.8 (f/2.8) then is "B" because you go for a much bigger aperture = more light but will decrease the depth of field.

What you see on your camera could be confusing. For instance on my camera, an FZ-30, what you see, when you change the f stop numbers, is 2.8 up to 11... BUT what is happening is actually f/2.8 (f divided by 2.8) to f/11 so if I increase the number I will decrease the aperture (less light). What I mean is, bigger numbers = small aperture. Small aperture = depth of field is increased.
