I get the same way to when I had decided to start working out couple of weeks ago. I think it's because you're body is not use to that type of activity, meaning that your body is just trying to flow. I think it might means that you're not in shape right now. I said that because that's what my trainer told me. Once, you keep doing it for couple of weeks.....you body will get use to that type of activity and your blood will start flowing properly. Hope this help. Good Luck!

It can actually also be a sign of High Blood Pressure. I had that same effect and went to see a doctor about it. Lo and Behold, I had HBP. So high that I've since been on medication for about 2 years and I'm only in my lower 30's, in good health (except for HBP), and very active. Get it checked out if it really bothers you. Better to be safe, then sorry.

You are probably female. I read about this in a book once, I can't recall why that happens or why it's more prevalent in women vs. men, but I think if you keep going it goes away. You are probably stimulating areas and pushing blood to parts that haven't been worked out in a while.

Drink more water, wear loose clothes and walk on.

Don't scratch the area. Gentle rubbing and massaging for a brief period may help.

Hmmm. I am no doctor, but I wonder if it is one of two things: the effect of perspiration on sensitive skin, or, some nerve link under the skin that is "turned on" by all of that activity. Try walking the same amount of time outside around a track and see if there is a difference.

Never heard of this, nor have I had it happen to me. I would suggest asking your doctor what their opinion is.
