Okay, always during fall and winter, my fingers become like ice. I'm being serious. Last year, I took their tempature, and it was in the high 70's I remember. Now, I could honestly care less, I never notice how cold they are. But it's just very annoying to have cold fingers... But what's weird is, they're always cold. I could be inside, nice and warm, and they're still extremely cold. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I'm not going to wear gloves 24/7.

you seem to have a circulation problem, you need to exercise your hands. opening and closing them tightly for a couple of minutes. if it is worrying to you you should see a doctor really.

Up your vitamin C. Cold fingers and toes are the result of poor circulation, and possibly too low blood pressure. Have your blood pressure checked too. Look on google about nutrients real foods and supplements you can include to increase circulation. I used to wear gloves all the time, even indoors, so I truly sympathize with you.

It sounds like you dont have very good blood flow to your hands. Try massaging them to get the blood flowing!!
