well excersise that u can do are pushups , running jogging cycling, and jumping a rope......
or try padmaasana in yoga....
if u can drink bitterguard juice n more n more of vegitable juice..
or the best way is massage. do give a full body massage everyday just takes 30 mins....staring 4m the head to the toe.
