Ancient documentation proves nothing. Religion must be taken on faith and nothing else, both theirs and yours.

What's the "proof" of any religion? When you say "Christians have many historical documents to proove the existence of Jesus," you clearly have absolutely NO idea what you're talking about.
Dogmatic religion of any variety demands "faith," which is best defined as "belief in that which we know not to be true."
Name your supposed "documents" that "proove" the historical existence of Jesus even as a man. The fact that you cite the "Qaran" as one of them just makes me laugh.

The Qur'an present today is the Qur'an as it was written in the time of prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and the "msshaf" or the written Qur'an of Uthman Ibn Affan one of the prophet's companions and the Muslim Caliphs is still present up to date in Istanbul...many Muslims know the Qur'an by heart and it was inherited from generation to generation not only as written scriptures but if you ask any mosque Imam he can recite the whole Qur'an to you as he knows the Qur'an by heart...beside the hundreds of Hadith books and history books documenting the life of the prophet since birth to death and the thousands of documents for the Islamic history....

Generally we take an Authority as Proof.
In your Question you have already accepted Quran as an Authority for proof of Jesus. What more do you want??
As the saying goes, "The proof of pudding is in the pudding itself" ..
Proof of Quran is in Quran itself.. Go ahead, read it and get the proof ...

may peace be upon you
you just proved that part of the Koran is truth by saying it mentions Jesus(pbuh) you must read the entire thing to understand it and once you understand you will find that it is God's conclusion of the Abrahamic faiths(this is the reason why they are so related bc its been the same God all along)

Our proof is The Quran.
If u havnt really read it from front to back, just forget your question.
It is really the only word of God that hav not tampered with till now, as compare with the Psalm,Torah and Bible
