I cant do pull-ups and I have a Fitness test 3 weeks from know. I have to be able to do at least 11 pull-ups in one min. I also have to do 57 sit-ups, I can do like 20 in one min. How can I do 11 pull-ups and the other sit-up within the next 3 weeks. Please help.

lots of training would help you in your pull-up, go to a pull up bar and then do as much as you can for a time, then drop from the bar, let your heart rate drop to a 120bpm (if you are wearing a HRM) rest for a while and go at it till failure, keep doing this till you are completely spent. rest and start with your sit-up, ensure proper posture and breath out when you move towards your knees. POSTURE and breathing is key. after you have done your sit-ups till failure. Continue with your Pull ups.

caution : do not attempt to do this everyday, do let your muscle rest and continue alternate days. just focus on this two exercise as its a compound exercise. good luck and let me know how you do in your fitness test.

MIND OVER MATTER
PULLIN UP CAN BE A CHORE OR AN ADVENTURE
PRETEND YOUR OVER A CLIFF AND YA GOTTA GET OUT OF THERE IF YA LET GO YA FALL INTO A PIT OF GATORS SO PULL UP AND OUT
