What makes you think that only Christians are allowed to converse with angels?

I don't think we converse with angels unless you are sure God has sent one to you for a purpose, and you better be sure it is God that sent the angel. You will know when you do. No I have not talked to one, but read the Book of Daniel, and you will see what I mean. Satan has his workers also. There is NOT a Demon behind every bush, and in everyone you meet, but as the Bible says, "test the Spirit" (to see if it is from God) It better align with the Word of God.

The Bible clearly teaches that angels are real, and they constantly work in unseen ways on behalf of God's children. The Bible says, "Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?" (Hebrews 1:14).
But the Bible also clearly teaches that we aren't to worship angels or pray to them. After God used an angel to reveal to the apostle John what was going to happen in the future, John's first reaction was to fall down and worship the angel. The angel, however, immediately rebuked him: "But he said to me, 'Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets. ... Worship God!'" (Revelation 22:9).
Why shouldn't we worship angels? The main reason is because only God is worthy of our worship, and nothing else must be allowed to take His place. Jesus said (quoting the Old Testament), "Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only" (Matthew 4:10). Angels were created by God (just as we were), and only our Creator is worthy of our adoration.
We also aren't to pray to angels—and we don't need to! Jesus Christ has opened heaven's door to us, and we have direct access to the Father through Him (see Hebrews 4:14-16). Put your trust and faith in Christ alone for your salvation, for He alone is God's appointed Savior.

The Bible shows that angels do converse with humans, but for very specific reasons for God.
Usually a message is given from God.

true, but jews were also the reason the messiah was murdered, the ONLY reason, they kept pestering and threatening Pilate to kill the messiah because the "elders" felt their authority was being threatened by the truths spoken by Christ, I dont think the question was arrogent, it was merely aimed at a specific group of people. And to answer the question, yes we are allowed to talk to angels, i do it frequently, particularly Michael, for strength and courage, and Raphael for healing

You are more than a little bit arrogant and very narrow minded. According to the bible, Angles, even God, was talking with Jews a loooonnngg time before Christians were even on the scene. And Don't forget, it was Jews who first settled on the concept of one God. It was Jew who first came up with the concept of a messiah coming to earth. Give credit where credit is due.

I don't think we converse with angels, we just pray to God and ask him to have his angels watch over our children and us. I don't consider that a conversation with the angels, I consider that a conversation with God. Do you?
****Exactly what I said God speak to the angels for us*****

We can pray (speak) to angels and saints, but they don't speak back to us, so it is not really conversing. And we do not worship them. That would be idolatry. That manner of speech is for God alone.
