I have to go play a soccer game in 15 minutes and another at 11:00, i have no energy and always feel like im dying in the middle of the game, i need a super food that will digest quickely and give me energy for the entire morning of playing mid-field (running up and down the field absolutely non-stop) help meeeeee!!!!! (im 14 and don't have time to go shopping)

There is not really any super foods,you have to eat regularly good nutritious foods every day ,I keep my weight down by eating 3 times a week home made soups with a meal to keep my digestive system working good.Liver ounce a month,and lot of different veggies,and here in America they say milk is needed ,well if you eat right you could get calcium in veggies or fruits too that will do the job ,Tell me what animal drinks milk after weaning?

I have a meeting in 5 minutes so I'll be quick about this. The best thing to do is drink WATER. And change your daily diet to something better because a 14yr. old shouldn't be experiencing what's happening to you!!!!

there is nothing that will give you a quick fix ...something sugar will help a little..but you need to maintain a proper diet and not be so lazy and wait until the last minute to take care of your health..so suffer...

Too late to eat anything heavy now. You should eat something substantial about 1 hour before strenuous activity. I suggest fruit for now.

My coach told me to eat spaghetti a few hours before! I was the same way when I played tennis. That helped me out.

power bars do it for me, found in drug stores, some full-service grocery stores and athletic stores. Drink a lot of water when you eat it or you'll cramp up. Good luck, hope this gets there in time.

eat a banana and drink some mountain dew.. that's a great combination for quick energy!

Make a fruit smoothie. The natural sugars in the fruit will get into your blood stream so your blood sugar will go higher and you will feel more energized.

make a honey sandwich...no joke. honey is a very concentrated source of energy and it works quick because you don't have to digest it...really...the bees already did. honey is esentially bee vomit. enjoy!
