Make sure you have a good firewall, virus checker and spy software on your pc.
Run a virus and spyware check to see if it finds anything and if it does remove it. them keep your software updated and run regular scans. Go here and run the online scan then if you need any of the software I mentioned you can get it from the following sites

You don't have to use that software o protect yourself, just use a trojan/virus scanning program and your safe
