If the relationship is exclusive absolutely NOT. He's got a choice it's either YOU or HER there's no going back and forth between you. If the relationship is non exclusive then it's fine as long as all who are involved are ok in the arrangement. I would look at things very closely and ask if staying with him is even worth it.

If he is, then tell him to make his choice because

you should never be with a guy while he is with another person....
do you want to divide his love with another women? I am almost shure that you dont....
you should tell him to choose you or her.... it you see that even being with you he continues to go out with another girl and then you need to break up with him...
but the nest thing to do right now is to talk....
when you talk to him you will see that you will feel much better...

It is only ok if you agree it is ok. If you arent comfortable with this you should tell him. If he wants to see other people maybe he is not good enough for you?

Depends... are you two serious? If you two are just dating, then start dating others as well... If you two have a sexual relationship and have been together for a while, then NO, its not ok, and you should just dump him immediatly.
