Jews don't believe in heaven and hell.
They don't want to go to heaven.
Psalms 37:9,10,11 Says the wicked will be destroyed and the righteous will live forever on the earth. Psalms 37:29 Says the earth will be here forever. Isaiah 67: Tells about a paradise earth where the lion will lay down with the lamb.
The heavens is god's home but the earth was created for the son's of men. Adam was made to live on the earth forever.
He sinned and did as God said: "For dust you are and to dust you will return." Wicked people die and Eccl.9:5 The living are conscience that they will die but the dead are conscience of nothing at all.

If they become Christian, "and" are born again, than yes. Otherwise, since they are no longer God's people, they face the same judgments as anyone else. When the curtain covering the Most Holy tore open, it showed for all to see that God's Holy Spirit no longer resided in Israel.

Since Christians are now God's people, they are New Israelites, who began falling away from the teaching of Christ as far back as the time of the Apostle Paul. He said that he felt like he had worked for nothing, because they had returned to the rituals, observances, and holidays of men. When the Bible talks about his God's people falling away than returning, he was talking about Christians. We are the new Israelites, many of whom will live through Armageddon to help rebuild earth back into a Paradise.

I assume you are asking for a "Christian" answer. Well, Christians are not unified on this point. Reformed Christians (e.g. Presbyterians, some Lutherans) do not believe God has a special relationship with the Jews anymore. All other Protestants do believe God has a plan for the Jewish people, continuing his Covenant with them. Some say no. Most say yes.

Jews are chosen people of God, I think GOd deal with them in a separate manner. God has to consider Abraham, Moses & the Jews forefathers too in this matter.
