All things in the Bible are there for a reason.
In this case, God made things in a certain order and at a certain time to disprove the theory of evolution.
Evolution says that the universe came first then earth.
The Bible says that God first made earth, everything else.
Evolution says that the sun came first then life on earth.
The Bible says that God first made plant life then He made the sun. (the plants only had to live 1 day without sunlight)
God rested as an example for us, we need to take it easy sometimes.
