It depends on how tall you are, not all 15 year old girls would be the same. DO NOT listen to the morons who say you are fat, because you may be almost fully develped, I know I was at 15, I weigh the same now as I did then, and Im just as tall, so your weight now, may be the same as when you are actually a woman. Dont worry honey, you are perfectly normal, and I dont know how ppl can say 10st is fat??? Where do they come from???? If you are 5'8'' you are perfectly normal, I am 23 and you are taller than me, I would say you are fully grown hun, which isnt unusual with girls your age.

You have a BMI of 21.7 which is at the lower end of the healthy weight range for your height, at 15 years of age you should be worrying more about having fun than what you weigh - you are tall and at 10st 3lbs most likely have a beautiful figure!

When I was 15, I was 5ft 7in tall, I weighed 9st 3lbs and my Mum took me to see our GP because she thought I wasn't eating properly! So you cannot be THAT overweight! Not unless universal perceptions of girls figures have reduced dramatically over the past 15 years! OK so some may argue that, due to the super skinny images of women in the media, public perceptions of what constitutes chubby may have changed but not by SO much!
I am sure you are just fine and at 15, you're probably still growing. Try not to get paranoid about it, be yourself and people will be drawn to you!

Hey, I'm 16 and last year was asking myself the same question. Please don't listen to anyone who says you're fat. YOU ARE NOT!! It sounds to me that you are average weight for your height. You said you are an 8/10 in siza. How can you be fat? I had issues with my weight but have finally accepted that I am fine as I am. Don't forget the average is a size 14 now. I am a 10-12. If you are worried by your weight, you can exercise. Swimming and horse riding are good methods of exercise as they work most of the muscles at the same time. Good luck, love Charlene xx

Hi! I think that's fine for your height. I work at a ladies only gym & you weigh about the same as the 15 yr olds there. If you go to curves.com you can find out if there is a Curves near you (that's where I work) we have members as young as 10 and we weigh & measure members every month plus we calculate your body fat & bmi. It's very popular with your age group, and the workout is brilliant. Plus, we have our own diet if you need advice about what to eat. There are no weights involved, so it's safe even if you're still growing. good luck & please don't try to be skinny- it's really bad for you in the long term xxx

You don't need to compare yourself to other girls to know if you are healthy. At 5ft 8 and 143lb, your weight is perfectly fine. A size 10 is ok, but if you would personally prefer to be a size 8, you'd probably need to lose about 10lb. HTH : )

What? 103 pounds? That doesn't sound like very much.
But you are supose to go by height.
If you are 5 feet tall 103 would be ok.
I think it is 7pounds for each inch over 5 feet.
5' 4" = 128 I think that is average height and weight
Another way they do it is add waiste and hip measurement and it should equal height. Don't count Bust.
26 waist 38 hip = 64" That is what they use for balance body.
Because taller people can be bigger around than short people.

Age and weight are actually not a stable thank you to compliment if somebody is over weight. It quite relies upon on how tall she is. If she is 5 foot then particular i might say she would desire to stand to lose some pounds yet whilst she is 5'5" then no, it is healthful.
