I happen to deal with someone having odor problem in the office. I gave a aftershave lotion as a birthday present and told him that I love to see that he is wearing it to work every day. He kind of respects me. So, now he splashing it every day.

There really is no nice way to do it; my suggestion is to ask what they're favorite fragrance is, and try to create an economical gift basket for them with lotions, deoderants, and scrubs. Give it to them on their birthday, or say that you've been giving them out. Good luck!

You get the person by themselves, talk to them about what is going on and see if it is something that they can help.
