when rinsing out bowl you mix up eggs in when preparing to scramble, the water makes the bowl appear to be?

sudsy, like dishwashing soap bubbles. what causes this?

I think it is the residue from the eggs,ever noticed how sudsy they look when they are being beaten?That's the only logical explanation that I can come up with but unfortunately I don't have a scientific explantion for you.
