If you are feeling this all the time and not just pms then you might have a hormonal problem in which case you would have to go get some tests done.

Well it's hormonal for certain. Could be anything from pregnancy to just a fluctuation in your normal hormonal levels. It can indicate anything from a normal (but elevated) part of your menstrual cycle to a thyroid condition that's affecting your estrogen production.
Couldn't hurt to be seen by your primary care physician or OB/GYN.

It sounds like it is hormonal. You don't say how old you are. If it is stopping you from work, then you should see a doctor about it.
