All countries have borders or you would not have a country. Wars inside and outside the U.S. have been fought over who owns what and where is the line drawn. Homeowners own just so much property upon which their house sits. There is a legal line defining where ones property begins and ends. It is all drawn up and exisits in the Assesors office. One of the countries with the toughest borders - for getting IN only - is Mexico. They will not let any person from Latin America enter their country illegally and they have border patrol to see that does not happen. All countries are "sovereign," that is their law, their economy, their way of life exists within documented borders and no one can come across those borders and ignore the law or use social services, etc. unless they are citizens. The United States is the ONLY country with porous borders - although that is coming to an end as we speak. No one can explain why this government would be so lax on border security with 9/11 and known terrorists coming over the border since then. We have a president that has apparently signed on to the One World Government idea and is meeting with Canada and Mexico to prepare the three countries to become one if Europe falls - and it appears it will - and the world is dominated by radical whatevers. This is not a nice world we live in. There are evil people on both sides of the left and right that will sell anyone down the river to make a buck. You are complaining that it is "hard" to get into one country and back. Wait till you see what is coming and your questioning about "hard" will be child's play.

They are there so people will have to follow rules getting into one country and getting back. Or can be prevented from doing that if one of the countries doesn't want to allow them in.

There is one earth, and we are one species of animal, we are the only animal to be prejudice towards other because of their coat coloration (skin) the only one that goes to war just for the trhill of killing, the only one who uses printed paper to trade(money), the last created (in all major religions) , the only one to continually crap in its own nest, and saddly we will be the first to go.
