Try suggesting activities that the two of you could enjoy together before asking her out on a 'date'. She obviously likes you, so I think you're in with a very good chance, so good luck!

If she's a friend, you could suggest that you do things together sometimes, like go for a walk or go out to dinner--but make sure it's dutch and you're not asking her for a date. There's nothing wrong with friends going out to dinner. Just don't treat it as a 'date' where you stop being a friend and start being a suitor.
The best love relationships begin and end with friendship, so even if you don't ever 'date' her, you still have the best part. Savor it. Don't lose a friend.

Depends is the date just for a beer and to hang out with said Friend or do u wish to take it further and bed her? If the answer is to bed her than u fancy said Friend and should tell her this before the date starts so she can let u know how she feels about this.

you've already answered your own question.
If she likes you as a friend you can take her out to the movies,
dinner a party any of that stuff.
But, you aren't going to get any loving and you just might get left at the party looking like a stooge, if she meets some guy that she thinks is hot.

nope. i know you got the 'does she or doesn't she' thing going on in your head, but if you already know that she likes you as a friend, that's just how she sees you. if you do ask, try not to build it into anything too big, for her or you, or it might make it wierd between you for a bit...
good luck tho, and i hope it works out for you

You should be able to tell by the way she acts around you if she is just friendly or she really likes you. Try telling her you're going somewhere (Blues bar, concert, etc.) & see if she would like to meet you there. Then take it from there.

No because then you could jeperdise your whole friendship. If she tells you she would like to take things further - then you ask her out.

If you like her then go for it. She can only say no and hopefully you're good enough friends for you still to be friends afterwards.
