Its normal fosters with a twist of lime in it , lager and lime is quite a nice drink.It's cheaper to get a regular fosters cold at the bar and ask for a splash of lime.
Really its just Fosters trying to make more money by "trending" a drink thats already existed for years.

Beer brewers are allways looking for more up market items to sell more of the brand name. first they all backed the ice cold from the taps. but foster twist has a hint of lime zest, heard anyone order lager and lime at the bar? close following fosters is carlsberg who have brought in carlsberg edge. same thing with citrus taste. i have tried it my self but i prefere the normal taste of a ice cold lager

its flavoured with lime, but its fairly disgusting so dont bother trying it!
