for me this is a toughie because I enjoy BOTH to be honest. Boxing day tends to be a lighter on the old tum tum day but still delicious. Xmas day tends to be a stuff ya self silly day and fall asleep for 4 hrs afterwards so ya tum can digest everything ya just crammed in it. But turkey and all the trimmings has got to be the ultimate in satisfaction eh !!!!!!

Christmas Dinner
I got tired of everyone wanting something different for Christmas dinner. This way everyone gets a little of everything. I also cook a Spiral ham separate.
3 lbs boneless pork roast
3 lbs top sirloin roast (or any round roast)
1 oven stuffer roasting chicken
1 1/2 lbs turkey linguica (or sweet Italian sausage if not available in your area)
1 1/2 lbs turkey chorizo (or hot Italian sausage if not available in your area)
8-10 peeled onions
1 can beer
Put everything in large roasting pan.
Cover& roast at 350 for 5-6 hours.
Make gravy from broth if desired.

the best is the work's lunch of full turkey dinner in mid-december, then the same on christmas day, then the same on boxing day when your aunt comes over to give you a 'nice' jumper....
can't get enough of the little sausages in bacon, and the stuffing.... mmm - mouth-gasmic!
