While most of the experts says shoulders should be down and relaxed everytime i try such a position my traps are hurting me what do you think is wrong and why? Sometimes others say that the shoulder blades should be slightly back so whats the trueth?

Take your shoulders up toward your ears, then back and let them drop. If you just take them back, you're forcing them, which might be why your traps hurt. Lift your sternum slightly, without thrusting your floating ribs forward. This will open your chest and help support your shoulders. These things are easier to do if you stand on both feet with your feet parallel to each other, not turned out.

get a physio or a gymnasium coach ans ask them to coach you shoulder retractor stregthening workouts. u may also search for onthe information superhighway for those and examine out them your self. yet its maximum perfect if u do them lower than some practise. use workout bands (reebok) which are available gradede degrees or therabands to strthen your muscle tissue. those bands are available graded degrees of resistance , so u start up with the least resistant one n then flow up the ladder. excellent ur posture in the different case it ought to bring about shoulder problms later on your existence

shoulders back and back straight, its more comfortable and the weight is evenly distributed thus making it easier on the rest of the body not to mention better balance

just keep a straight back and ur shoulders will sit comfortably how they want...thats the best way to go
