nope.
Lice and nits are a small bug that is visible to the human eye. It lives in the hair of mammels, and some larger animals.
Scabies is a microscopic bug, not visible to the human eye. However, their tracks are. You will notice a small path of bumps on your skin. This is a scabie track.
The thing with scabies, is if you touch a person in an infected area, if you do not wash your hands within 10 minutes, you have contracted the bug as well.
There are many creams for scabies, such as Kawlada. This will take away the bug, and slowly kill the eggs that have been lain under your skin.
The reason you are itchy with Scabies is that all humans are illergic to them and the small secretions they apply under your skin. It may look like a small rash that begins in the joints of your hands and feet, but it will quickly move to other parts of your body, including your head, which may feel like lice.
