I'm a proud Muslim Born and raised in Australia and I have never had a problem with any other culture or religion. Sure there are that tiny minority where trouble stirs up but the majority of Muslims respect and accept their diverse and multicultural lifestyle here. There is no hate between neighbours or colleagues (my neighbour is Jewish). Although most Muslims respect and tolerate the large range of cultures & relgions they associate with in everyday life, we do still maintain our individual faith & practice it. This is what living in a multicultural country is like.

Thank you for your question. I am a muslim living in a developed non-islamic country and not only me but all muslims I know respect the culture, law and religions here. Of course there are some exceptions but this is every where. Within any religion there are fanatics (you can read from several real hateful fanatic Christians here in Yahoo A. and even in reply to your question) but the majority I believe are nice people who want to live in peace. In fact, it is a role in Islam that you should respect the role or treaty you have with non-muslims so strictly, at least to show them how honest muslims are. So whoever did not do this (like terrorists who attacked the towers, London and Madrid), they were going against the basics of Islam as I know it. On the other hand, the continuous propaganda war and war on terrorism against muslims and Islam (see several links sent here by the hateful fanatics) are distorting the relation between more and more muslims and non-muslims. Let us hope for a new wise man in the white house soon.

I'm a Muslim living in New Zealand and I'm happy to report there has been no serious conflicts whatsoever between New Zealanders and Muslims. Although some MPs have actually said that NZ should stop being so lenient in receiving Muslim refugees and that made Muslims and non Muslims upset. And some people have vandalised mosques (the work of teenagers, I suspect) but that's about it.
Muslims don't cause anyone trouble here. We respect other people's religions and cultures even if we are living in an Islamic country (for example, in Malaysia.. Muslims, Buddhists, Christians, Hindus and other polytheists live together harmoniously).

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. (You are not a native speaker of English, are you? Practice writing, and read a lot, and you will improve.) I think you are asking whether Muslims in majority non-Muslim countries are more accepting of the beliefs of others than Muslims in majority Muslim countries.
Yes, it does appear that Muslims who have been exposed to other religions fear them less. Fear and hatred of the unknown is a sad characteristic of human nature.
I am an American Muslim. My culture is American. I celebrate Thanksgiving and Independance Day, and appreciate the principles upon which this country was founded. I find no conflict with that and with truly following Islam. Sure, there are culturally normal things that are unacceptable for Muslims, like wearing a bathing suit in public, but these things are really minor.
According to the Quran, God mixed up the human languages and scattered the humans over the world to develop different cultures, so that we can work toward understanding one another. That which is easy is not much appreciated. When we have to work for something, we cherish it.

I'm a bit lost with what you are trying to say. So I will have a go at answering what I think you are asking.
In ALL European countries & US/Aus/NZ etc there is complete freedom of religion. In most cases this freedom is written into their Constitutions or law. This is probably the case in all/most non-muslim states.

I doubt that muslims are respecting other cultures.
Here is the Prime Minister of Australia comment:
Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday
to get out of Australia, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to
head off potential terror attacks.
A day after a group of mainstream Muslim leaders pledged loyalty to
Australia at a special meeting with Prime Minister John Howard, he and his
ministers made it clear that extremists would face a crackdown.
Treasurer Peter Costello, seen as heir apparent to Howard, hinted that
some radical clerics could be asked to leave the country if they did not
accept that Australia was a secular State and its laws were made by
parliament.
"If those are not your values, if you want a country that has Sharia law
or a theocratic state, then Australia is not for you", he said on national
television.
"Immigrants, not Australians must adapt. Take it or leave it. I am tired
of this Nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or
their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali, we have experienced a
surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians.
However, the dust from the attacks had barely settled when the
"politically correct" crowd began complaining about the possibility that
our patriotism was offending others. I am not against immigration nor do I
hold a grudge against anyone who is seeking a better life by coming to
Australia.
However, there are a few things that those who have recently come to our
country, and apparently some who were born here, need to understand. The
idea of Australia being a multicultural community has served only to
dilute our sovereignty and our national identity. As Australians we have
our own culture, our own society, our own language and our own lifestyle.
This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials
and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.
We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese or Arabic, Chinese,
Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you want to become
part of our society,...learn the language.
Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing,
political push but a fact because Christian men and women, on Christian
principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is
certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God
offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your
new home, because God is part of our culture.
We will accept your beliefs and will not question why, all we ask is that
you accept ours and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us. If the
Southern Cross offends you or you don’t like a "Fair Go" then you should
seriously consider a move to another part of this planet.
We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change and we really
don’t care how you did things where you came from. By all means, keep your
culture but do not force it on others.
This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE and we will allow you
every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining,
whining and griping about our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs or
Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other
great Australian freedom: THE RIGHT TO LEAVE.
If you are not happy here then LEAVE. We didn’t force you to come here.
You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.
"I’d be saying to clerics who are teaching that there are two laws
governing people in Australia, one the Australian law and another - the
Islamic law. That is false. If you can’t agree with parliamentary law,
independent courts, democracy and would prefer Sharia law and have the
opportunity to go to another country, which practices it, perhaps, then,
that’s a better option" Costello said.
Asked whether he meant radical clerics would be forced to leave, he said
those with dual citizenship could possibly be asked to move to the other
country.
Education minister Brendan Nelson later told reporters that Muslims who
do not want to accept local values should " clear off "
"Basically, people who don’t want to be Australians and they don’t want
to live by Australian values and understand them, well then they can
basically clear off" he said. Separately Howard angered some Australian
Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the
nations mosques.

It doesn't matter muslim countries or non muslim countries, according to Islam, muslims must respect other religions untill they offend people of muslims.
If they offend Islam or muslims, muslims from all over the world must revenge them.
Before you ask this kind of question, you have to think yourself whether would you like to stay in silent or not, if someone going to insult you or your family only?(i don't mean your religion).

Muslim persons in Canada, are almost all, religious, and upright people, although they do appear odd in their dress and ways. As far as being free to worship freely and follow their conscience of course, they are free. As far as sharia law, cutting heads and hands off, stoning women etc, that doesn't happen here. Almost all of them only have one wife in accordance with our (secular) laws. They are free to practice their religion and culture to their heart's content. They are not free to break our laws though. In most cases, there is no restrictions, and diversity in our culture is tolerated. There are no problems here, and Muslims are happy, and prospering under the protection of Canadian law. Many are very successful and respected as well as integrated into Canadian life...
You'd be surprised to learn you could wear a turban and still be a Mountie.

In Muslim countries only Islam is allowed to be freely practiced.
In the United States, anyone can practice any religion he or she wishes, as long as the practice of that religion doesn't harm other people.
We don't appreciate when someone tries to force others to convert to a religion, and we take offense when someone kills others in the name of their religion.
