It is one of two things, carpel tunnel syndrome or a pinched nerve or slipped disc in your back.

With all those symptoms I'm surprised you can type? I'm amazed of some of the things I read here and the fact that people seek out advice. I was having difficulty breathing one morning two years ago which resulted in a heart attack. Almost cost me my life. They call it Denial. Maybe you are having an allergic reaction but really you need to call a Doctor. By the way your heart doesn't care how old or slim you are. Smoking can't be good for you either. Sorry I'm being so tough. I take heart pains serious.

Ok so maybe you need a heater in your room or something .
Depending on where you live for me anyway during 4-6am it's really cold over here. But if you live in a place like Los Angeles then ignore everything I just said and go to the doctor .
Hope I could help .

Depending on the type of work you do, it sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. Dig a little more online, you can find exercises you can do to help.

Of course it could be something else, sometimes you can feel numbness if there is pressure on a nerve, which would require you to seek medical attention.
