Yes, I have been to the ashram in South Fallsburg as well. I have met Gurumayi as well, but I feel more connected to Baba Muktananda.
I have many Siddha Yoga books, and have read them since the 1980s. Glad you enjoy them... I think the original energy is in the old teachings like these. Another good book is "Where Are You Going" by Muktananda.

Yoga can be a great friend during diets. I were able to go from a size 12 to a size 8. That's what it looks like when 19 lbs vanishes.

Yes and I enjoyed it.
Parama hansa means a divine swan.
when milk is mixed with water and placed before a swan it has the capacity to absorb the milk and leave the water. In the same way a parama hansa absorbs god from this mixed world and leaves the scum. The title of Parma hansa is not given easily. among billions of swamijis one may become a parama hansa. It requires divine blessings to even see a parama Hamsa.
