it is possible however it is recommended that two physically seperate drives are used.

Well.. Theoritically it is possible to install two XP on same systems.. But try installing.. As soon as you install the second, the first is not usable any more...
But it is possible to have 2 different OS

yes you can install 2 window xp
Make sure the BIOS is set to boot from the CD (put the CD above the HD in the boot order)
Insert the XP CD and boot to it
When you see " To setup Windows XP now, press ENTER", go ahead and press ENTER
press f8 for agreemetn and install by clicking enter where you want in different partition
But why you want to do this.

Yes, but you must install them in different partitions. BTW, you don't have to install ALL your programs twice, as you can access most programs and files from different partitons.

Yes it is possible. But you should be aware that you may encounter various problems. It is not recommended.
You can use microsoft virtual machine (available for free) and install the other operating system there.
