According to my friends I am the shower queen, lol so here we go...
1) the baby food one that was already listed
2) the tp one that was already listed
3) have everyone that is coming to the shower send you a baby picture of themselves ahead of time. Put them on a board and number them. Prize to the person who can guess the most correctly.
4) similar to #3 exept find baby pictures of celebrities on-line. Give a list of the celebs to the people have them guess which picture is whos.
5) Guess the items in a sack. Go and buy about 12-15 small baby items and put them in sealed brown paper bags. Pass them around and see who can gues what is in the most bags. The mom to-be gets to keep the bags.
6) Blind fold diaper change or dressing of baby. This can be done either one on one or partners. Blindfold either the single or team and time them, see who can either remove and rediaper or remove and recloth the baby doll the fastests. Teams gets fun watching them grab at the same stuff, lol.
7) Baby word scramble, take 20 words relating to babies, crib, playpen, changing table, formula, etc and scramble them on a piece of paper, the person to unscramble the most words first winds.
8) Clothes pin or diaper pin game, everyone when they arrive gets apin, they loose and steal them from other perty goers if they get caught either saying the word baby or crossing their legs, you decide which one is off limits. One with the most at the end wins.
9) Stork Bingo, Give everyone a blank bingo card with 25 squares on it just like a bingo card. Have them write down an individual item in eaxh square that they think the mother to-be will be getting for a gift that day. As she opens her gifts the party goes mark off the item if they have it down. Depending on the # of people you have either a cover all or bingo line first wins. This is great b/c it gives people something to do while she is unwrapping everything.
10) Baby Price is Right, buy about 6 items and keep the receipt. On individual index cards write the price you paid for each item with the name of the item on the opposite side. Pass each item around and ask everyone to write the price they think it is down. The person with the most closest to the original price without going over wins. Mom to-be gets the goods.
11) Baby items on a Tray, take a tray and lay out no less then 15-20 small baby items on it. Cover the tray till it is time to play then uncover it for 30 seconds. Recover then pass out a sheet of questions about the tray, what color were the booties, what cartoon character was on the pacifier, etc. I would do no less then 12-15 questions. A twist on the game, have the mother to-be hold the tray and walk around with it. Then cover the tray and have her leave the room then have everyone instead of answering questions about the tray ask them what she was wearing, lol.
That is all I can think of right now, if you want more e-mail me I have a file of at least 25 game and some print outs on my pc. I also can tell you how to make diaper cakes and other stuff like that. Have fun.

The toilet paper game.
Sounds weird but I just went to a baby shower and they passed a role of tp around the table and each person unrolled as much paper as they thought would fit around the woman's waist. Then they do the official tp measurment and whoever had the closest amount of squares won a baby bottle full of candy or some kind of prize. It was fun.

guessing what baby food it is by tasting it.. a game with jumbled words that are related to babys and parenting.. putting a plastic baby toy in part of the cake and whoever gets that piece wins something... the guess the date, weight, length, and time of the baby, and everyone put money in the pot for the baby... everyone write down a message to the baby, the mother, and the father for future readings.. wishes, dreams, advice.. jokes.. etc..

Name the baby food
Replace baby food jar labels with numbers (make sure you know what each jar is, write it on a piece of paper)
Pass jars around the room and have them guess what each mushy substance is.
