"ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS" show to him your feelings... express it in a good way in which he wont get annoyed or something... Be yourself, show the good in you, and try to show your affection for him... then later on, thats the time for you to think how to say it ...but JUST BE YOURSELF...

Start talking to him about how you feel. Relationships are about communication. Maybe if you are already talking about feelings then you can tell him that you are falling in love with him. Don't spring it on him though, that scares a lot of people.

is he ure bf???? if he is, and u do love him and u have been going out for a okay time, just tell him when u are most comfrotable and that u dont expect him to say it back and that u just wanted to let him know how much he means to u!!
if he isnt ur bf, dont tell him!! just ask him out on a date!! and see if u still like him then???
