repeat what i said - past
repeat what i will say - future

they are all good.

If you are asking some one to repeat what you say, it is before you said anything as the tense is present. Repeat what i said would be if you said something and they weren't listening and you ask them to repeat it, as it is in past tense.

All of them convey a meaning that will be understood, depending only on the time frame of what words you want to refer to.

Usually no one says : "Repeat what I WILL say". It's either repeat what I (just) said, or repeat what I (am about to) say.
